Large ZelValve Caps Spice Up Heinz Curry Ketchup Packs

Heinz has relaunched its German Curry Gewürz (Spice) Ketchup range adopting the 63mm custom designed flip-top valve dispensing closure from Zeller Plastik U.K. originally developed for 1.1kg Tomato Ketchup packs in the U.K. market.

The majority of headstand food packs utilize 55mm closures to provide a stable base for effective merchandising but packs above 700g in weight need additional stability. Embossed with the ‘Heinz 57 Varieties’ legend, the white 63mm PP closure with peelable induction heat seal (IHS) liner provides the ideal platform for the unusually tall and slender 700ml barrier bottle developed for the newly presented Heinz Curry Gewürz (Spice) Ketchup range.
