New measure cap from UCP for GlaxoSmithKline mouthwash range
As part of a GlaxoSmithKline initiative to re-launch its range of oral care mouthwash products, UCP has been given a brief to design and manufacture a single piece measure cap to replace the previous closure and measure cap combination.
The final closure design delivered significant cost savings to GlaxoSmithKline, as well as reducing packaging complexity. UCP designed and manufactured the necessary capper change parts to ensure a smooth transition to the new pack.
To differentiate the brands, Aquafresh, Macleans and Sensodyne, decorated shrink sleeves are used, which also cover the closure to provide tamper evidence.
