New valve dispensing cap from Zeller Plastik UK
for Asda shower gel

Zeller Plastik UK’s standard oval valve dispensing closure, launched recently for the personal care market, has been chosen by Asda for their new own label Invigorating shower gel.

Supplied by Bodycare Toiletries, Invigorating shower gel comes in two pack formats; the 250ml HDPE tottle featuring a pull up hook and the 500ml HDPE bottle, both capped with Zeller’s standard oval valve closure utilizing the standard valve sub-assembly developed at the Norwich plant. Chosen for its cost effectiveness as well as reliability of supply, the closure’s centre opening lid acts as a seal whilst the pack is in transit but when used in the shower, it snaps into a recess in the back of the closure for optimum consumer convenience. The pack formats provide the consumer with a choice of usage options; the hooked pack can hang in the shower with the non-drip valve closure open and ready for use, whereas the bottle can stand on the shower floor or shelf with the non-drip valve preventing spillages and ready to dispense the exact amount of gel required, whilst keeping the bottle clean and easier to handle. Both containers are supplied by Thames Plastics.

The closure, supplied in natural polypropylene with a gloss finish to Bodycare Toiletries, is also available in a wide range of standard colours and suits a variety of standard bottles.
