Whilst our manufacturing and design teams are trained in the latest techniques for trouble-shooting and problem-solving, our Technical Services Engineer is available to troubleshoot issues on customer filling lines and to ensure smooth introduction of new caps / pack formats. Our expertise and experience of capping machinery and filling equipment has often lead to highly valuable improvements on customer filling lines as a result of increased manufacturing efficiencies and waste reduction.
GCS are also capable of delivering custom projects on a global scale, via our central Research & Development team, and we have completed many key projects where identical moulds and assembly processes have been installed at a number of locations within our business. The central team work closely with each business unit to ensure common standards and practices are developed. This know-how also facilitates easy transfer of moulds and equipment between GCS locations as required.
