The Norwich factory houses over 120 moulding machines, many with carefully engineered in-line processes. Our focus is on the injection moulding of closures using principally PP and PE polymers, manufactured on an extensive range of moulding machines from 80 to 400 tonnes.  In-line wadding and assembly operations are comfortably specified at least 20% above moulding capacity to allow for smooth production, also providing room for future process improvements. The addition of tri-injection technology gives us the most comprehensive range of injection moulding equipment in the industry today.

Five manufacturing cells, Clic-Loc, Food, Zeller, Speciality Closures and Beverage, handle the production of standard, child-resistant, dispensing and tamper-evident systems along with many custom-designed closures.  Each cell is self-contained with its own Production, Quality, Engineering Support and Customer Services.

The in-house Tool Room services the several hundred injection-moulding tools used in the Norwich business.  Additionally our sister company, Massmould, uses this service to maintain its more complex tooling, producing closures for soft drinks, instant coffee and capsules for hot beverage vending machines.
